My favorite is the traditional Captain n Eggnog....yummy! I have to be careful, I love them so much that they go down like chocolate milk. I have a couple tricks I like to use to make them a touch better. I keep my eggnog really cold by putting it in the freezer 20 minutes before serving. This way you can use less ice and prevent dilution. Watery eggnog is terrible. I only like to dilute my eggnog with Captain Morgans Spiced Rum!!
I also like to mix my nutmeg with a little cinnamon to heighten the flavor. If I'm feeling really frisky I'll layer an ounce of Bailey's on top and then sprinkle my cinn-meg on top! Yuuumy!
1 oz Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum
4 oz eggnog
1 pinch nutmeg
